If a tenant does not provide proof of their own insurance coverage through SafeLease within 24 hours of renting, they will automatically be enrolled in the basic coverage protection plan offered through SafeLease. We do not accept cash. We impose a surcharge on credit cards that is not greater than our cost of acceptance. You can avoid the surcharge by using a debit card for payment. For more information, please reach out to the facility manager.
NOTE: Online Sunday rentals may not gain property and unit access until Monday (at minimum).
